Got a tomahawk on sale. $30 for 2.5 lbs. I have a pellet Brisk IT smoker. First time using it and the wife and kids really enjoyed it! Very happy camper.

I got one in the fridge just like that, coated in salt and Paul prudhomme’s meat magic, I usually let it brine like that in an open bowl for 3ish days before a smoke Congrats and enjoy
